B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE – IMMEDIATE START

On-site work in Malmö

Diversa Solutions AB is expanding and is now looking for performance-driven salespeople for professional B2B sales. The role is clearly goal-oriented and suits those who want full control over their income and work in a high-demand environment with clear follow-up.

Employment is offered with a 1-month probationary period with commission-based compensation. After the probationary period, a guaranteed salary of 15,000 SEK is offered if no sales are made.

Working hours: Full-time 08:00–16:00 or part-time 16:00–21:00, Monday–Friday. The work is performed exclusively on-site.

We offer market-leading commissions with compensation per deal ranging from 600 SEK up to 25,000 SEK. The average number of sales per day is 2–6. We have the largest sales offering in the market and only work with corporate clients.

Requirements: Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Very good computer and system skills. High discipline, work ethic, and stress resistance. Structured and independent working style. Results-oriented with daily follow-up. Ability to work on-site in Malmö. Immediate availability is a requirement.

Meritorious: B2B sales, telemarketing, experience in CRM or business systems, and previous performance-based roles.
